Terms at a Glance

When you join The Slides Club, you’ll get a monthly bundle that includes one brand-new set of daily agenda slides plus 1–2 best-selling themed sets. Each new bundle drops on the last day of the month. You’ll also have access to the previous month’s bundle until the 7th before it’s archived. Membership is $5/month, renews automatically, and can be canceled anytime. All resources are digital, non-refundable, and licensed for personal classroom use only.

The Slides Club Membership Service Agreement

Effective Date: Date of payment

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between The Ready Set Classroom (“Provider”) and the subscriber (“Member”) who enrolls in the Slide Squad monthly membership. By subscribing, Member agrees to the following terms:

1. Membership Overview

• The Slides Club is a monthly subscription service providing digital classroom resources.

• Each month, Members receive a monthly bundle which includes:
  • One brand-new Daily Agenda Slide Deck
  • 1–2 best-selling themed agenda sets based on the monthly theme

• New monthly bundles are released on the last day of each month.

2. Payment & Billing

• Membership is billed at $5 USD per month on a recurring basis.

• Payments are processed automatically through the payment platform used at enrollment.

• Member may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Access to Materials

• Resources are delivered digitally and are available through the membership portal.

• Members will have access to each month’s bundle for the full month.

• Previous month’s bundle remains available until the 7th of the following month, at which point it will be archived.

• Example: If you join on September 1, you will have access to the September bundle and the August bundle until September 7. After that, only the September bundle will be available until the next new bundle is released on the last day of the month.

4. License of Use

• Resources are for personal classroom use only.

• Materials may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any format.

• Members may edit or adapt slides for their own classroom needs, but distribution outside of the Member’s classroom is prohibited.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the digital nature of resources, no refunds will be issued.

• Members may cancel at any time through their account portal.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials remain the intellectual property of The Ready Set Classroom, Monica Jayasinghe and The Lipstick Life Teacher. 

• Membership does not transfer copyright ownership.

7. Changes to Agreement

• The Ready Set Classroom reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement.

• Members will be notified of significant changes.
